Matt joins Liminal from Birmingham City University, where he was Assistant Director of Careers and Employability.
Matt brings a wealth of knowledge and experience in the Careers sector, and his contacts will help support all Liminal students with valued WEX, mentoring and potential post 16 pathways.

Matt will also be responsible for extending our valued list of partner organisations.

David has 24 years experience in education, 12 most recently as an Executive/Head of School in a PRU /AP environment. David is a vastly experienced Senior Leader who specialises in data analysis to improve outcomes, curriculum development, and assessment to close the gap and add value for disadvantaged stude

David has 24 years experience in education, 12 most recently as an Executive/Head of School in a PRU /AP environment. David is a vastly experienced Senior Leader who specialises in data analysis to improve outcomes, curriculum development, and assessment to close the gap and add value for disadvantaged students in KS2, KS3 and KS4. David has also been an active member of the Behaviour and Attendance panel in Sandwell and is a reintegration specialist.
HLTA, Primary Intervention Team
Joanne has particular experience supporting students with SEND and is part of our Intervention Team.
Joanne, delivers in lesson support, focussed interventions and outreach support for KS1 and KS2 students.
Joanne also delivers 1-1 support sessions.

An experience leader, Amanda is part of our Intervention Team, delivering in house and outreach support for KS1, KS2 and KS3 students.

Dawn supports our students in lessons, providing 1-1 support when required.
Forest School Lead, Primary Intervention Team
Abbie has vast experience ranging from Early Years to Secondary Education.
Abbie also brings the exciting aspect of Forest School to our curriculum offer, enabling our students access to projects that are both challenging and new to them.
Abbie will also be leading our John Muir projects as well as delivering 1-1 support sessions.

Rachel has a proven track record of raising attainment and closing the gap for the most disadvantaged learners and those with SEND using inclusive teaching methods and personalised learning.

Sarah has 15 years’ experience as a Social Worker, specialising in
Adult Mental Health, and provides a wealth of experience in relation to mental health. Sarah led a team working with adults with complex mental health needs within Walsall, focusing upon hospital discharge from specialist units across the country. During her career, Sarah has completed additional training and is a qualified Approved Mental Health Professional (AMHP) and Best Interests Assessor (BIA).
Numeracy Consultant
Sam has over 15 years extensive experience as both a leader, innovator and teacher of mathematics. Sam has held senior positions and has a passion for supporting all students.
Sam has also coordinated Pupil Premium funding across a MAT.
Sam has also support Primary Headteachers with raising standards in Mathematics and Numeracy.

and has worked collaboratively with both Walsall and Sandwell
Local Authorities.
Literacy Consultant
Sarah is an experienced teacher of English, who joins Liminal from her most recent role in a middle school.
Sarah develops effective strategies to engage learners in all aspects of English and Literacy.
Sarah is also a Team Leader for examination moderation and quality assurance.
